Buteyko Plus™ Buteyko Breathing Course

This course provides workshops, support and encouragement over a nominal 4-week period (you can progress faster or slower than this depending on your needs), followed by 6 months of support (It can take up to six months until Buteyko Breathing becomes an established habit and a satisfactory breath-hold time is achieved).

Four-module online core covering all the Buteyko exercises and practices.
Weekly Zoom Workshops (signup required).
