Breathing Reset Help

The daily routine during the course of the training consists of carrying out the 15-minute Buteyko Exercise Sequence morning and night, with a walking session mid-day.

This form walks you through the sequence and allows you to record the results for progress tracking and analysis.

We recommend using the mobile for tracking your Buteyko exercises.  If you are using the Chrome browser you can place a link to the form on the mobile Home Screen.  Click on the browser menu icon (three dots), top right, and select Add to Home Screen.  

Log in and access the Buteyko Exercise Sequence from the Dashboard (you will get an error message if you are not logged in). 

You can switch at any time to whichever device is most convenient for you.
