Breathing Test Score Less than 10 seconds

Your breath-hold time suggests that you may have some severe breathing or cardiovascular issues. I believe we can help you, but improvement will take time. Bringing your breath hold time up to 25-30 seconds or more will result in a considerable improvement to your symptoms.

As a general rule, you can increase your breath hold time by around two seconds-a-week so it could take several months of conscientious Buteyko daily exercises to get full benefit from the program and a permanent improvement to your breathing habits, but you see noticeable improvement as soon as your breath hold time increases by five seconds - a matter of two-to-three weeks.

We suggest that you take a look at the course. You can go through the first few lessons without a commitment and if you think it will help you, you can sign up. It is important to check with with your doctor before trying any of the exercises.

As soon as you sign up we start with a 30 minute Skype consultation, where we will evaluate your breathing patterns, demonstrate and explain the exercises appropriate for your case and provide you with a customized plan, which will be updated as you progress. We have a full refund policy if you decide to withdraw within the first thirty days for any reason.
