Introduction to the Breathing Test
According to the Buteyko Method the Breathing Test is a measure of dysfuntional breathing or chronic hyperventilation, which can cause a variety of symptoms such as blocked nose, snoring, insomnia, fatigue, coughing, wheezing, breathlessness and exercise-induced asthma.
It is a simple test taking around two minutes, involving holding your breath under controlled conditions. Your results and evaluation will be reported immediately.
