Breath Hold More Than 40 Seconds

Congratulations! Your breath hold time suggests that your breathing is in pretty good shape. 

You might want to consider the course however, if you suffer from: sleep issues - snoring, sleep apnea or insomnia; frequent colds; or if you want to optimize your general health, energy and athletic performance.

It would be helpful if you could complete a short questionnaire, the Nijmegen Questionnaire, 16 brief questions evaluating breathing disfunction related to stress, respiration and anxiety, covering the last month. It takes around 5 minutes.

It is important to check with with your doctor before trying any of the exercises.
