Your breath hold time suggests that you have may have some occasional mild breathing issues such as mild-to-moderate asthma or nasal congestion, generally in response to some environmental trigger. 

We can help you reduce the frequency and intensity of these events, and possibly reduce or even eliminate the need for asthma or allergy medications.

It would be helpful if you could complete a short questionnaire, the Nijmegen Questionnaire, 16 brief questions evaluating breathing disfunction related to stress, respiration and anxiety, covering the last month. It takes around 5 minutes.
